Expect the funkiest, bluest, most skaful, soulful, psychedelicisized gospel this side of Woodstock with some proper mojojuju sepiaflavours from the sunset trip and crazy, slightly hazy vito freaks hipshakin mindbendin body mendin junksleazegarage from the sixtieslostnfound orginal vaults of freakbeat happenings, visceral sweatsoaked raveups, drinkin muddywater from dr johns poisoned chalice, there will be rattlesnakes spittin piglatin.
There's a psychedelic sanctuary, where the flowers in your hair are in full bloom all the year round, there's a psychedelic solution to be found, the days of purism are over, melt the pot, scrape the lot on the alchemists stove, cook up some gumbo and alligator with snake oil, best served funky!!

King Mojo has been promoting gigs for many years at many venues all over the city and has it down to a T. Cheap entry, foot-stompingly sublime live acts from Sheffield and beyond and an indisputable love for what they do have earned this independent business a strong following and lend their gigs a unique party atmosphere. No question about it - these are nights for people who love music. Check out Bristol’s Smerins Anti-Social Club at Stardust on November 21st and German reggae/dub/Balkan soundsystem Esperanza at the Casbah on November 13th.
